Investigating
Microsoft has reported some customers may be unable to activate or refresh Office 365 licenses, this prevents them from signing in or accessing Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc). Customers may receive multiple prompts; however, the activation process may fail when they attempt to sign in. This is affecting customers in the Cal Poly Humboldt tenant as well as other organizations.
at 12:07PM PDT Microsoft released the following update: We’re continuing to monitor closely as we incrementally restore traffic in the environment; however, the infrastructure hasn't returned to normal health as expected. We’re continuing to analyze recent changes made to the service so we can isolate and address a root cause while we in parallel explore options to further optimize the infrastructure and mitigate impact.
ITS will continue to monitor the status of this issue.
